Rice Pilaf

1 Cup Water

add:
1 Chicken Bouillon Cube
1/4 teaspoon Thyme
1/8 teaspoon Salt
dash Pepper

Bring to boil and add 1/2 Cup rice. Cook till done.

Saute:
2 tablespoons onions chopped
1/2 Cup fresh mushroom slices
1/4 Cup Butter

Toss mixture into cooked rice and serve.
